BOX4 0.5.0.0 Beta x64
BOX4 0.5.0.0 Beta x64 | 13.6 Mb
A video encoder that supports MKV, MP4, MOV, TS, and FLV as input, converting the clips into MKV or MP4 files and saving them to your computer. Aiming to help you convert videos from one format to another in the simplest manner possible, BOX4 is a video re-packager with support for MKV and MP4 containers as output.
Clean GUI and support for multiple containers
No installation is required, so you will be able to enjoy BOX4 as soon as you double click on the executable file. Its interface is simple, modern-looking and neatly organized, allowing you to open an entire folder of videos, or select individual files to process in batch mode. As such, you can use it to convert multiple files in one go.
BOX4 is compatible with multiple file formats, namely MKV, MP4, MOV, TS, and FLV. In other words, you can use it to convert MOV, TS, and FLV files, convert between MKV and MP4, or modify the settings of MKV and MP4 containers.
Change the audio settings before conversion
For each input file, BOX4 displays the name and the location of the original file and the resulting one. By default, the output is saved to the Videos directory of Windows, and there is no option to change this.
Once you choose the output, you can proceed and customize the audio track settings. BOX4 enables you to choose the audio codec (AAC, MP3, or copy the original) and change the audio bitrate.
Video encoder that needs further work
BOX4 features a clean layout, but when accessing a specific section (such as Profiles or Settings), the buttons bar is disabled, and a 'Return' button is displayed. You cannot access any other section of the app before pressing this 'back' button, which might be a bit annoying.
BOX4 features fast conversion speed and a slick look, but that is certainly not enough. It needs further improvements to appeal to potential users. Furthermore, unlike other applications in its category, the file types it supports is quite limited.

DYNAMIC AUDIO NORMALIZER (D.A.N) created by: LoRd_MuldeR
The Dynamic Audio Normalizer is like a Dynamic Range Compressor AND Normalizer WITH intelligence ALL IN ONE.
I was fed up messing around with different ‘compand|pan' filter options or manually altering channel levels (rebox.NET) so I was rather excited when I stumbled across this little tool. It was exactly what I wanted and I use it exclusively. Basically it performs D.R.C and normalizes the audio in an intelligent way to give you what many people ask for: A ‘Night Mode'. An audio track that is far more consistent in terms of volume across the range resulting in you not having to keep changing the volume throughout. I use this filter on all the movies I do for my daughter, no more constant volume changing.
INPUT|OUTPUT folders are independent and remembered between jobs and sessions.
BITMAP subtitles will not be taken into MP4 files, even if selected.
Only one AUDIO|SUBTITLE track can be selected (currently).
Your input file must contain a H264 VIDEO stream and at least one AUDIO stream.
BOX4 is x64 ONLY, it will not work on 32-BIT computers.
BOX4 has only been tested on WINDOWS 10 (developed) and WINDOWS 7.
BOX4 is a .NET application and requires .NET Framework v4.5.2 or greater.
What's New in version 0.5.0.0 Beta (December 24, 2016):
* Multiple audio tracks can now be selected.
* Multiple subtitle tracks can now be selected.
* Added a colour change to track numbers if incompatible with selected settings (eg: bitmap subtitles into MP4 output).
* Fixed possible incorrect default scenarios for profiles/settings which could be raised after jobs were added.
* Changed and added different options in the profiles window.
* Removed the MP4 fallback option in favour of a primary/secondary audio setting for both MKV and MP4 output.
* Sorted out the tab order.
* Changed the error dialog box if you're ever unlucky enough to see it.
* Added more error detection routines to different sections of the workers.
* Prevent further operations, and thus a 'viscious circle' of errors, if error detected in workers.
* Major internal changes, expect the worst.....
